 How do I know the Arcade cabinets  can fit in my house or event?

Our Arcade 1UP cabinets are half the size of a traditional Arcade cabinets and can go nearly anywhere. They stand roughly 5 feet tall x 2 feet wide x 2 feet deep. Don't let the small size fool you, they are all the fun you remember just half the size.

What areas do you serve?

We are located in Burns Lake BC and serve Smithers, Houston, Fraser Lake, Vanderhoof, Prince George, and everything in between and more,  however depending on your event we can go wherever you are. Please inquire for a detailed quote.

What is the minimum age group for this type of party?

We recommend kids 7 years old and over or at an adults discretion.

Will the gamers have fun?

Kids, adults and everyone in-between will have more fun than you can imagine.

Everyone will be talking about the EPIC Arcade party & fun they had.

We make sure it’s the best party of the year for kids or adults!

Should I be concerned about the types of games for my guests?

We understand the importance of providing appropriate games for your party. When you book your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and will make inappropriate games unavailable.

What about bad weather?

Since our Arcade cabinets will be in your home or event indoors, 

we come rain or shine even if temperatures are below freezing or over 30 degrees.

As long as it is safe for us to drive. 

What time will you arrive?

You pick the time and place and we will make sure your Arcade cabinets are set up  for your guests 30 minutes before the start of your party time!

Can I request certain Arcade games?

You’ll have access to our full Arcade cabinet game selection. See our list of Arcade game cabinets. However, when you book your party, please let us know about any special requests and we will see if we can accommodate them.

Don’t be! We understand the importance of providing appropriate games for your party. When you book your party, you select the appropriate games for your guests.

Do I have to pay for the party rental/deposit in advance?

YOUR INVOICE IS DUE THE DAY BEFORE YOUR PARTY OR EVENT IS SCHEDULED IT WILL BE REQIURED TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING SO WE DONT END UP TRAVELLING FOR A CANCELLED EVENT. WE RECOMEND YOU PAY YOUR DEPOSIT EARLY TO GUARANTEE YOUR PARTY OR EVENT.

How do I pay my deposit/Invoice?

You can pay by Cash, Interac, Visa/Mastercard, E-transfer.

Will my Deposit be returned?  

We hold Your deposit while your party or event is happening.

We will have a pre-party inspection of the Arcade machines with the customer

upon delivery and both parties will sign off on the condition the machines that they arrived in.  When we pick up the machines, we will have a final inspection of the Arcade machines and if the machines are not damaged from irregular usage or purposeful damage your deposit will be returned in full.

IF YOU DESTROY OR  DAMAGE THE MACHINES ON PURPOSE OR INTENTIONALLY 

YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT  AND MAY BE RESPONSI BLE FOR MORE CHARGES DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION.
