PRIVACY POLICY

Arcade Party Rentals is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the website to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others  for any reason ever.

CANCEL POLICY/REFUND

A refund  will be issued in full with 30 days or more notice to cancel your party or event, or your party date can be changed to an available date.

A half refund will be issued with 30 days to 14 days notice prior  to  your party or event, or  your party date can be changed to an available date.

No refund will be issued with 14 days or less notice prior to your party, but  your party date can be changed  to another available date.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE

Our primary service area Burns Lake B.C. But we also service  Smithers, Houston, Topley, Granisle, Fraser Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St James, to Prince George & everything in-between. 

Outside our primary area, of Burns Lake we must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel outside of the Burns Lake area. 

BAD WEATHER

Arcade Party Rentals  can  travel to your event in all types of weather conditions BUT,  there may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, ice or cold weather) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm or tropical storm), please contact us to reschedule.

For the safety of your guests and our equipment and operator we will not travel in dangerous weather events . 

SUPERVISED CHILDREN

Our Rentals do require a parent or responsible adult to be present at all times to ensure proper usage and safety of guests and equipment.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. No Alcohol or Drugs of any sort will be tolerated on or around the rental equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

DAMAGE/INJURY

Arcade Party Rentals Ltd. The owners or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property or injury. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage, fire or fall damage. Additionally, Arcade Party Rentals/Forest River Outfitters Ltd. reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage or destruction/misuse of the client's or guests.. Arcade Party Rentals/Forest River Outfitters & its owners or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client's property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

SMOKING/FOOD/DRINK/ANIMALS

Arcade Party Rentals does not allow any smoking, food or drinks on the video game machines at all. Please have your guests consume them away from the equipment. We also do not want any animals on or jumping on the equipment at all.

TIPS

Tipping for good service is appreciated, but not required.

OUR EQUIPMENT 

When we arrive we need a clear clean space that is a level and flat area and best logical spot to accommodate your party.

Arcade Party Rentals will only provide you the games you request. Please check our game list for details.
